Quality Assurance Associate

Conduct tests to ensure the applications functionality according to business standards on any size and scope of projects Proactively takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of accountability Develop test plans, scenarios and cases used in testing based on business requirements, technical specifications and/or product knowledge to ensure they function properly. Enforce standards and regularly participates in process improvement activities.

1 to 3 years of experience functioning in a quality assurance environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent educational/work experience. Strong structured testing knowledge and thorough understanding of quality assurance testing applications and concepts Adequate manual testing experience Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 Working knowledge of Microsoft office Ability to document and concisely communicate problems to developers Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work in a highly demanding environment where teamwork is a must Handle multiple projects simultaneously, learns new applications quickly, and tests on a variety of platforms.

Nice-to-Have:

Working knowledge of Test Track and Test Partner Knowledge and experience with the following technologies: ASP, XML, HTML, IIS, ASP. NET Strong Windows Network and VM Ware knowledge
