QA Analyst

• Participate in requirements definition meetings with design team • Review site/application requirement documents and develop metrics for assessing compliance of delivered products to those requirements • Participate in design walkthroughs and prototyping • Review requirement specifications and technical design documents to ensure metrics can be measured • Design, write and fulfill test plans and test scripts • Determine nature of testing to be performed and identify tasks that should be manual vs. those that can be automated • Construct test scripts to facilitate the execution of test cases • Perform all dimensions of testing, including performance, integration and system-level testing • Provide input/status updates regarding test progress/results • Assist with setup and installation of test platforms • Assist with training where needed • Participate in the Alpha and Beta testing of company products and applications • Assist product and development groups in resolving technical issues (e.g. design, links) • Report and maintain software defects of defect management system • Operate under minimal supervision

• College degree in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline preferred. Equivalent experience may be acceptable

• Minimum of 5 years web testing and functional testing experience preferably on CRM solutions or Accounting Solutions. • Experience testing applications under Windows and Internet operating environments, cross browser testing and multi device testing experience is a huge plus. • Demonstrated project leadership skills • Attention to detail and highly organized • Excellent proofreading, written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to change direction and reprioritize abruptly • Demonstrated ability to work in a focused, fast-paced team environment • Must be flexible and available after normal business hours to test production releases and other QA testing as needed • Experience with Mercury Interactive Product Suite preferred • Exposure to internet development languages preferred • Experience with SQL a plus
