Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst
Design and develop automated test framework that supports all automated test script development
Design, develop and execute functional automated test scripts based upon manual test cases
Design, develop and execute load/stress tests
Design, develop and execute data integrity tests
Maintain and keep automated test scripts up-to-date
Provide automated test training to team members when needed
Perform exploratory testing to verify product functionality and robustness
A minimum of three years of experience as a senior software quality assurance test engineer
Seven to ten years of QA experience
Proficiency in developing, implementing and executing test plans and test scripts
Experience in testing GUI-based software applications as well as web-based products/sites
Experience working with product or application development team in reviewing product definition documents (functional specifications) to build test plans and ensure that requirements and design are translated into efficient use cases for testing
Knowledge of regression testing for issue/bug identification and management of appropriate documentation to ensure effective product release
Ability to clearly document bugs: expected behavior versus observed behavior and steps to replicate
Ability to work with minimal daily direction and to provide assistance to less experienced team members
Programming experience and the ability to develop scripts, applications, etc. that will improve the testing process
Experience with Source Control and Defect Tracking systems
Experience with testing frameworks
Microsoft Visual Studio experience
Ability to organize time effectively
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience in cross-platform testing
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience may be substituted for education
