Senior QA Analyst

-Participate in Requirements sessions for projects -Review requirement documents -Provide inputs to Portfolio Lead to create Requirement scorecard -Review and understand Test Strategy for assigned projects -Participate in Design review sessions to gather appropriate information for testing -Provide inputs to Project Lead to create detailed estimates for assigned projects -Provide inputs to create test plans for assigned projects -Collaborate with business team and create test scenarios for assigned projects -Create test cases -Review test cases with Portfolio Lead and Project stakeholders -Provide inputs for daily/weekly reports during test planning -Identify risks(if any) during test planning and escalate to Portfolio Lead -Provide inputs for daily/weekly reports during test execution -Ensure test execution progress is on track to meet milestones -Identify risks(if any) during test execution and escalate to Portfolio Lead -Support during UAT execution -Provide inputs to Test Results document -Review Test Results document with Portfolio Lead

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience. -5+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing. -Experience creating test plans and test cases or scenarios. -Document software defects using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. -Proven knowledge of different phases of the SDLC, Project and Testing Methodologies -Experience with agile and waterfall approaches required. -White box test experience in definition, design and manual or automated execution experience -Black box test experience in definition, design and execution -Proven expertise in QA methodologies and experience authoring and executing comprehensive test suites from business and functional requirements. -QTP test design including scripting experience -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Ability to quickly adapt to change. -Should be expert in the following toolsets: Microsoft Enterprise Manager, Advanced Microsoft SQL Tools (SSMS, SSRS), Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, HP Quality Center
