Perform as the QA technical resource on project teams, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and organizational processes and procedures.
Initiate and follow through to closure all milestone review checklists.
Perform periodic audits during all phases of software and requirements development to verify established standards and procedures are being followed.
Evaluate and verify issues found during Verification Validation testing have been addressed and documented for fix.
Review and authenticate for release all project developed documentation.
Validate software releases in the lab and on the aircraft.
Develop final QA reports to include traceability from requirements to implementation and final testing results, ensuring that all requirements have been tested.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with QA processes and methodologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Can communicate technical concepts effectively with non-technical co-workers.
Team player and can work with minimal supervision.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Proficiency in VBA for Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL queries, esp. in Windows environment.
Create embedded Excel or scripted VBA queries into Microsoft Access and Oracle databases.
