Senior Test Development Engineer

REQUIRED:

MUST have 2+ years of STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT manual and regression testing and Microsoft Test Manager and be able to write automated testing for performance test, unit test, and codes UI tests.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT TFS – ability to create and execute test cases within MTM, track bugs.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT experience on executing techniques that prevent defects from ever reaching the testing phase (i.e. familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology).

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT ASP.NET, MVC.NET, and MS SQL Server.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT testing of web based technologies to work on a multitude of browsers (i.e. IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.).

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT experience with version control and knowledge of web deployment tools.

MUST have work experience with a variety of methodologies (i.e. Agile and/or Waterfall and/or RAD).

MUST have a natural curiosity and open minded attitude towards non-Microsoft technologies such as Google, YouTube, Java, PHP, Apple, Android, Motorola.

MUST have EXCELLENT communication (verbal and written where communicates in paragraphs, not simple words and sentences), interpersonal, collaboration, persuasion, and organization skills.
