Test Engineer

• Assisting the engineering team in the evaluation of proposed projects, system modifications, and identified technologies to assess the impact on the evolution of system capabilities including performance, cost and schedule.

Analyses and recommendations support systems-, subsystems-, and project-level (system subsets) assessments and technology trades with the goal of delivering an increasingly higher level of effectiveness, reliability and performance (technically, functionally and in terms of customer support) while reducing ownership costs.

Five or more years providing engineering/testing for system acquisition/integration/ operations projects, with a minimum of 1 year, 2 or more years preferred, of testing/test program support.

1-2 years of experience with analysis, test and integration of moderately complex systems

Experience with formal test methodologies, formal test plans and test step documentation, to include designing, developing, and implementing testing methods
