Senior QA Software Engineer

• Design test case, develop automated tests and manually test software applications that control tile units within a video wall system

• Provide time estimates for test cycles • Write and maintain test plans for each software application and provide traceability to the product requirements • Provide automation frameworks as required to accelerate testing of applications

• 4+ years experience as a QA Software Engineer • BS in software or computer engineering a plus • Proven track record of testing software applications for manufacturing or service use • Experience with requirements analysis, documentation, and traceability through test and production • Experience releasing software to production • Solid organizational, analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully across functions • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in testing .NET applications on Windows 7+ platform • Experience writing automation test tools for Windows .NET applications • Experience with Test Planning Software Tools • Experience testing applications that generate pass/fail metrics • Knowledge of video and/or optical systems a plus
