Software QA Engineer II

Participate in the creation and maintenance of processes, procedures and techniques to improve testing of SAP applications and systems, including maintaining/augmenting standards and methodologies. Provide input to all SAP projects on the appropriate requirements for various testing types and phases. Create, document and revise test cases and automation scripts for each assigned project by leading our SAP business analysts and business subject matter experts through detailed discussions on capabilities and functionality. Collaborate across all relevant teams including but not limited to the business, SAP applications, consultants, integration and BI/BW groups to ensure all relevant business process are tested. Ensure the data required to perform all test cases is available and ready in the appropriate system or systems at the right time. Clearly communicate environment readiness needs within the Outerwall Release Management Process (environment management & cutover) and coordinate team access to the required environments Plan the Integration & User Acceptance Testing timelines and requirements to the daily activity by scenario level with required resourcing and coverage. Manage the daily testing activity to ensure all cases are executed within the provided timelines Ensure all test cases are documented in Quality Center, all defects are tracked, statused and resolved in alignment with the Outerwall testing methodology. Assist in maintenance and use testing toolsets such as HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, SAP TAO, TDMS, etc.

Minimum of 5-8 years of testing with at least 3 of those years being with experience in ECC, CRM, BW/BI, Payroll and other SAP related platforms. Strong understanding of all phases of systems implementation (ASAP methodology) and application life cycle management.
