Software Test Analyst/QA Engineer

Develops, documents, and implements test plans. Establishes/maintains testing guidelines and standards for both manual and automated testing Reports test failures and communicates with the implementation team to correct defects Writes, maintains and executes functional/ regression test scripts utilizing identified tools. Ensures proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used. Develops quality assurance standards, defines and tracks quality assurance. Organizes and maintains controlled test data.

Ability to analyze Business and System related requirements utilizing the current tools identified by the department. Thorough and extensive knowledge of identifying, addressing, tracking and resolving problems/ issues found during the testing review period and resolve in a timely manner. Ability to perform functional, system and regression testing Good oral and written communication abilities. Bachelor's degree in technology or related field or at least 2+ years equivalent experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
