QA Engineer Support the development of the Quality Management System (QMS) through: Conducting internal audits & supplier qualification and performance evaluation reviews; Developing and conducting root cause analysis training for supporting departments; Conducting Corrective Action Report (CAR) reviews; Analyzing data and report results; and Developing quality standards & procedures.

Interface with R&D, Engineering & Manufacturing to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data from Product Qualification Testing. Collaborate with supporting departments & Manufacturing to drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives including facilitating brainstorming & root cause analysis activities. Conduct Reliability Analyses of products before and after launch. Conduct Failure Analyses of products before and after launch. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and supplier failures through corrective actions. Support and assist the Quality Assurance Manager through: ISO, customer and regulatory audits & inspections; Preparation of QA reports; and Maintaining the effectiveness of the QMS.

Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing or production oriented process development experience, with at least 3 years in a quality function; ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 or GMP experience preferred; Strong working skills and experience with statistical software (such as JMP); SQL database development experience is a bonus; and Experience with MS Office programs is a must.
