Senior SQA Engineer
Design test strategies and execute end-to-end tests of all the software components of our product--mobile, web and reports
Identify and log defects; drive problem resolution
Make risk-based testing decisions based on an understanding of the application architecture
Mentor and supervise more-junior team members; coordinate with remote teams
Report status to stakeholders in cross-functional meetings
Utilize automation appropriately to accelerate testing
B.S. in computer science or equivalent experience
At least 5 years experience testing a complex client-server application: n-tier web, mobile application
Experience with test automation
Experience working with Agile teams and SCRUM principles
Experience introducing quality processes and/or improving product quality
Scripting/programing skills and SQL
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
