Senior QA Engineer

Creation of Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports utilized by local, remote, and offshore testing teams. Assist with coordination of testing efforts between multiple (local, remote and offshore) testing teams.

Work closely with Customer Service and Beta teams by assisting with customer escalations and reproduction of issues. Track & analyze test results and work closely with the developers to isolate and reproduce defects. Gather and analyze software quality and performance metrics throughout the software development life cycle. Interact with external and internal Partners for testing cross-branded products. Communicate status & issues in a timely fashion and manage escalations appropriately.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study. 8+ years QA experience testing various products. 4+ years QA experience testing applications on mobile platforms such as Android and iOS. 3+ years in a Senior QA role, responsible for leading and coordination of testing efforts as well as developing test plans/test cases and generating test reports. 3+ years QA experience with testing data communications across various types of networks (WiFi WAN/LAN, 3G/LTE).
