Primary Responsibilities:

Provide QA estimations, budget planning and resource planning Analyze system requirements and technical specifications Lead the QA team in test planning and test case creation Provide walkthroughs/presentations to related teams of test plan, test case and test results Defect management and tracking work closely with development teams and PMs. Work with business users during UAT phase and provide IT QA support to UAT team In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Provide technical support to team members for technical questions

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in software QA field 10+ years of experience in test planning, test case creation and execution 5+ years of experience in relational database (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM iDB2) 5+ years of experience in SQL or PL/SQL Experience in web services testing (SOA, Oracle Service Bus, BPEL, XML) Knowledge of QA automation tools, such as (HP QTP, Load Runner etc.) B.S degree in computer science or equivalent degree is required

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of programming experience (such as: Java, .Net, SQL, PL/SQL, Scripting languages etc.) Experience of PEGA Rule Engine Healthcare experience is a big plus M.S degree in computer science
