Technical Software QA Lead

The Software QA Lead will direct the QA team to perform all duties required to assist in the delivery of high quality software solutions.

· Passion for delivering quality software

· Precise attention to detail

· 5 or more years of experience with software QA with expertise in test automation

· 3 or more years in a leadership role with a strong background in training

· Attend and lead meetings with participants from across the organization

· Previous testing with an Agile development team

· Experience using bug tracking software such as JIRA

· Strong analytical, logical and problem solving abilities

· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical co-workers

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products

· Strong Understanding of web technologies

· knowledge of SQL

· Available for off hour deployments or emergencies as needed

· Willing to work side by side with all co-workers

· Other duties as assigned Preferred Skills

· Experience with Microsoft Coded UI Tests and/or Selenium

· Business requirements gathering

· Development with C#, .NET or MVC

· Visual Studio, IIS, Windows Server
