Sr. Software / Software Engineer - Testing

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Proficient in C# with .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, Web Services and Windows Forms.

· Good understanding of Unit test Frameworks and Continuous Integration.

· Sound knowledge of Code Debugging on Visual Studio & Code coverage of tests.

· Sound knowledge of Data Structures and Operating Systems.

· Good knowledge of Test Plan development & Test/Quality metrics.

· Hands on experience in developing Test Automation Harnesses/Tools

· Proficient in at least one scripting language & be instrumental in automating regression testing for the product/assigned areas.

· Basic hardware knowledge and openness to participate in Manual Testing.

· Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and tools.

· Participate in Test Planning, system test strategy, methodology, and creation of system integration test cases and make them traceable back to the system requirements, feature lists and design documents.
