Senior Software Test Automation Engineer

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive automated testing in a fast-paced, agile environment Actively participate in scrum meetings Participate in design, design reviews, code reviews and implementations. Work with other internal engineering and application teams to collaboratively drive the strategy forward Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools and automated test suites in response to growing feature sets and customer requirements. Develop, maintain and enhance production staging environments and tools Demonstrate a strong commitment to best practices in SQA and software development using the scrum process methodology

Position Requirements:

5+ years in an SQA role 4+ years of test automation development using tools such as Coded UI, HP Unified Functional Testing (formerly QTP), Ranorex, etc. Strengths in testing framework architecture, SQA methodologies, feature coverage analysis and commitment to quality Experience administering and troubleshooting applications utilizing Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database and Microsoft Access platforms Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Online, Microsoft Test Manager and VMWare Workstation Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to provide guidance to junior SQA staff learning automation fundamentals
