Software Tester
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in related field and at least 4 years of related experience. Education can be substituted with total of 8 years’ related experience.
Minimum Required Experience:
Must have experience with JAWS (Screen reader) testing tools
Must have demonstrated 508 testing experience for a Federal client
Required Skills and Qualities:
Will perform automated testing and confirm customized code meets client requirements.
Will thoroughly test at the end of the increment, to ensure system demos to client are of high quality.
Will test for functionality but also identify issues with grammar, inconsistency, user experience, etc.
Will participate in client meetings as needed. Occasional pre-approved overtime is anticipated.
Strong Automated Testing knowledge to assist in implementing the eFAP Solution
Ability to provide technical support to the testing activities
Ability to ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.
Strong attention to detail, with ability to work in fast paced environment.
Ability to use various sources to understand the functionality to be delivered in your area of responsibility.
Work collaboratively as an integral part of the Technical team and supporting other team members as required.
Desired experience:
2+ years’ experience with development, installation, configuration, customization of the Oracle products
2+ years’ experience in software testing environment using iterative (agile-like) methodologies.
Demonstrated testing experience in one of the following Oracle Fusion Middleware products: WebCenter, UBPM, SOA Suite & SOA Management Pack, Web Center Suite Plus, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition
Experience testing a COTS implementation (i.e. ERP, CRM)
