Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Requirements:

Build & improve our automated testing system Experience with enterprise system Ability to quickly learn complex, highly configurable application software Effectively communicate with product and design during new feature reviews and throughout product development Work with QA, Product and Development to automate test cases Provide team leadership to continuously review and improve test methodologies, strategies, tools and measurement of these processes Strong Agile skills Work closely with the Agile Team to develop comprehensive automated test suites providing maximum test coverage in the most efficient manner Create test plans and improve test automation strategies Demonstrates strong analytical skills Outstanding written and oral communication

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with an Agile team - embracing the challenge of driving white box testing in addition to writing automated test cases Strong VB and Java skills Extensive experience designing and writing automated scripts in Smart Bear/Test Complete, Selenium or other automation frameworks Experience with API testing Experience working with operating systems and database queries

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline. Graduate degree a plus. Practicing automation engineer with minimum of 4 years experience Experience working with off-shore team
