Sr QA / Testing resource

Role and responsibilities

Perform free-form system testing of daily component stages Create & execute functional test plans for enhancements, major releases, and for the new business model Develop / maintain automated scripts to perform multiple functional / sanity / regression / performance testing in the System test and Performance regions while organizing a repository of automated scripts Track defects, analyze yielded results and provide recommendations and test execution status Develop long-term QA solutions, e.g. methodologies for functional testing, performance testing, automated testing of functional tests Investigate special QA-oriented functional/performance testing projects Coordinate the use of the system and performance regions with the Supervisor and other legacy system Interact and communicate on all levels of a project team Manage test sessions involving other support groups and the web team Identify and gather test data Identify potential process improvements and plan for their implementation

Skills and Experience Needed:

Atleast 6-8 years experience using various QA tools with the ability to analyze results and provide recommendations based on previously determined baselines is an absolute must
