Software QA Test Engineer

Works closely with the software application developers and product marketing team to help deliver timely product releases that effectively meet our customer's needs. Provides all stakeholders with appropriate regression reports in a timely manner. Develops all necessary artifacts, scripts, or tools that improve the overall job effectiveness and efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience: *BS degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field along with 5+ years of relevant work experience is required. MS degree candidates with 2+ years of relevant work experience will also be considered. *Must have strong experience in shell scripting and interpreted software languages (Perl, Tcl/Tk, or Python) *Unix/Linux operating system environments *Software quality assurance processes *2-5+ years of experience with maintaining regression test suites *An understanding of IC physical design, layout, and verification tools is required. *IC manufacturing process flows knowledge highly desired
