Lead Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities Include:

Lead efforts to develop, maintain, and execute testing plans for all product testing activities.?

Help assign resources to drive testing efforts to completion.?

Report regularly on all QA activities, including progress on specific milestones, defect counts and patterns, resource participation, overall project status, etc.?

Lead efforts to ensure proper QA processes and procedures are used in all TSW product testing efforts.?

Lead efforts to maintain repository of all test cases.?

Help ensure all product documentation is updated with each new product release.?

Help provide content for product What’s New documents, including new features, critical defects, and other product differences.?

Lead efforts to develop and maintain requirements for product performance and load testing.?

Lead efforts to develop scripts and procedures (both manual and automated) to test performance for all TSW products.?

Lead efforts to develop and maintain automated testing scripts for core TSW products.?

Required Skills/?Experience:

Good written and verbal communication skills.?

Self-motivated with ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.?

Ability to lead and motivate team members to accomplish tasks.?

Experience in Quality Management processes and tools, including automated testing.?

Knowledge and experience with technical aspects of software testing.?

5+? years of experience with software product testing.?

BS degree or equivalent in related technology field.?
