Software Test Team Lead
As a team lead in the SW organization, you will act as a champion for the needs of the software testing team and help drive product design and architecture in a direction that is “test-friendly”. To that end, you and your team will ensure that the software evolves in a way that is compatible with automated test techniques and will identify the areas where automated testing can be most effective.
Testing new features in real time as they are developed, to validate that they are ready for release
Conducting extensive regression testing to ensure that all existing functionality continues to work flawlessly
Working with development to deliver efficient and thorough automated testing
Qualifications:
Hands on application development/testing experience with a proven track record of managing a Software Test/Quality Assurance team
Demonstrated experience leading and managing team members
Proven ability to attract and engage top talent
A substantial role testing a software product that showcases a great user experience
Experience in design and development of automation frameworks and automation testing strategies
Strong technical background in mobile (iOS and Android) and web app testing
Working knowledge of C and C++; experience with Java, C#, and/or Objective C is desirable.
Experience with cross-platform code bases
Strong IP networking knowledge with expertise in troubleshooting and debugging
Should be hands on, with a passion for technology and quality
