QA/QC Lead Engineer

The immediate responsibilities of the successful candidate may include but not be limited to QA/QC of NDT engineering design projects as well as executing such projects. These projects typically involve conducting site reconnaissance visits and performing NDT testing; evaluating the existing condition of pavements; locating subsurface utilities, analyzing conventional and NDT test data (e.g., analysis of GPR data, LCMS and backcalculation of FWD data, etc.); preparing proposals and compiling cost estimates; as well as, preparing technically and grammatically sound project reports. The candidate is also expected to supervise and manage other staff members and participate in marketing and business development of the company.

Requirements

B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering with strong NDT background At least 5 years of civil engineering and NDT work experience (with references) Experience in infrastructure testing and evaluation Proficiency in technical writing and verbal communications Proficiency in MS Office suite Proficiency in NDT software (RADAN, GRED HD, SpaMgr, RoadDoctor)
