Plan? There Ain't No Plan!
The plan exists for protection against:
The test dying
Accidentally not printing tests to STDOUT
Exiting early
The first two have other protections, and the third will shortly.
So the plan isn't as useful as it used to be
Newer versions of Test::Harness allow the plan to be at the
end:
ok 1
ok 2
ok 3
1..3
This allows Test::More to count your tests for you.
You have to upgrade Test::Harness for this to work.
