You can enter information about the test level, version, owner, and designer.
TestDirector enables you to manage the user access to a Test project. By creating
a list of authorized users and assigning each user a password and user type, you
control the kinds of additions and modifications each user makes to the project.
The user type determines the privileges that the user has within TestDirector.
