Controlling Server Load: Rendezvous Points
You run a scenario in order to check response times of your client/server system
under load. To accurately emulate a real-world situation, you can use
rendezvous
points
to cause multiple Vusers to perform tasks at exactly the same time, thereby
creating intense user load on the server.
To further improve the way that your scenarios emulate real-world situations, you
can configure some of the scenario execution parameters. For more information,
see Chapter 9,
Configuring a Scenario
.
